Here at Trevannah Management Company our philosophy is simple:

As a management professional I understand the issues facing communities in this economy and have worked with HOA boards to ensure that their needs are addressed in a professional and timely manner. 

What separates Trevannah Management from other property management companies is our attention to detail, two property visits per week: one during the day and one at night, and a hands on approach to managing the association and its subcontractors. This ensures standards are being met and the property is maintained in a safe and secure environment. Both my staff and myself have extensive experience in managing HOA budgets and negotiating contracts. I make it a personal goal to review the budgets of the properties I manage to reduce excess costs. In this economy, HOA's should be able to get more for their money, not less. I also make it a personal priority to be completely accessible to owners for any questions or issues they may have as well as immediate response to document requests. Since I also live in an HOA and have served on an HOA Board, I fully understand all aspects of Homeowners Associations and treat each property I manage as if it were my own.
